Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your pens! Join us as we set off to Italy at our April meeting to learn about Roman Capitals. Did you know that Roman Capitals are called a majuscule script? That means that the letters are only formed as capital letters.
Although we may not be as impressive as the Roman Senate, we will be taking care of some official business at this meeting. All members present will vote on a change in our by-laws for the elected officer’s terms. We will also announce our new President and Vice President.
Last but not least, we will celebrate CCC’s birthday. We will be 26 years old this month! As we have done in past, we are asking people to bring finished birthday and non-birthday cards to the meeting. These cards are given to Sue Brahm (our Sunshine Committee) to send out to members throughout the year.
We have a lot to do while in Italy. Please join us!
